Minutes of SEWrority Quilting Guild
- Meeting was called to order by President, Gail McLain at approximately 10:30 a.m.
- Members of the SSQG brought many delicious foods and the Guild provided the drinks for the day.
- Gail McLain went over the Silent Auction rules and guidelines. Then at approximately 10:45, the Silent Auction began. Many items were donated by members and local businesses. The auction ceased at 11:45 a.m. and appointed members marked the Silent Auction papers to indicate the winning bidder. Gail then had the winning bidders take their papers to the check out.
- Ove $2800.00 was raised by the Silent Auction.
- At approximately 12 p.m., the Annual Quilt Raffle was announced. The winner of the Quilt was Charlene Mehlenbeck. The winning ticket was sold by Charlene Mehlenbeck. Linda Brown sold the most tickets.
Meeting was adjourned at approximately 12:42 p.m.
