There is no charge for members to attend. Please bring your own meals OR a potluck dish to share. Please bring snacks to share and the guild will provide drinks & cups. There is a maximum of around 40 quilters. Registration is open to SSQG
members only.
There will be a free table as well as a sale table available. Please label any items that you would like to sell with the price and your name.
There will be many people in a relatively small area, so please be mindful of these RULES:
- Use earbuds/headphones for any audio playing.
- Avoid wearing perfume, as we have members with allergies.
- Remember to bring your machine, projects, notions, cords, etc.
- Each person is responsible for the cleanup of their area.
vacuuming their areas, and rolling the magnetic broom over their areas to check for pins. - We will need to assign a group to assist with the final clean-up on Saturday. Please help if you are able.
